Iqama Work Residence jobs in Saudi Arabia
Live employer listings, country-specific CV tailoring, and ATS-keyword scoring for Iqama-sponsoring roles.
About the Iqama Work Residence
The Iqama is Saudi Arabia's standard employer-sponsored work-residence permit — the default pathway for ~80% of the kingdom's expat workforce. The employer absorbs the Iqama fees, medical, and processing; the worker is tied to the sponsoring employer (the Kafala system), though 2021 reforms allow job transfers under specific conditions.
Iqama validity is typically 1 year, renewable. The 2024–25 labour-market reforms have reduced (but not eliminated) employer dependency. Most NEOM, PIF, and Saudi mega-project hires arrive on Iqamas before transitioning to Premium Residency if eligible.
CV tip for Iqama applicants
For Iqama-sponsored applications: clarify current Iqama status if any (active / transferable / requires fresh issuance) — sponsorship swap timelines differ.

What LumiCV is: CV-tailoring and application-tracking software you run yourself. We surface publicly listed Iqama-friendly roles, score them against your CV and help your application land — you choose the jobs and you apply. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency or immigration consultancy, and we do not contact employers or sponsor visas.
Other Saudi Arabia visa pathways
For Premium Residency-eligible candidates: state explicitly in header — "Saudi Premium Residency holder / eligible". Reduces Iqama-transfer friction.
For NEOM / Vision 2030 megaproject roles: lead with quantified scale ($, headcount, infrastructure size) — Saudi HR expects megaproject scope on the CV.
